-Room 0303 = 535€/month (second picture)

Furnished : Table, chair, wardrobe, shelve, single bed. Matress with protection cover on request (100€ once)

TV  in the shared living room/kitchen. 

Monthly cost for maintenance/cleaning common area and fire insurance included.

Semester Cost :

– Strong and stable internet from ‘Telenet Fiber Business’, TV in the common kitchen : 200€/semester

– Fix price for energy and water : 200€/semester
