We offer several rooms and duplex rooms (from 12 – 31 m2), with or without en suite bathroom, rooms with an en suite kitchen and bathroom, studios and duplex studios up to 50m2. We also offer studios with a terrace (up to 50m2), double rooms (for 2 people) with en suite bathroom and/or kitchen and an apartment for 3 people.

Every room passes the safety test from the Leuven fire department. Every building has smoke detectors, fire escape ladders, emergency lighting, central alarm system and an evacuation plan. Everything is checked for safety regularly.

We’re always ready to help in case there is any problem at all with your room or other facilities we provide. We also work together with the housing department of the University of Leuven.
